Mixed use complex in St. Paul’s Bay which include one hotel with 120 rooms, 163 villas, 12 super villas, maritime works and the bridge linking Triq il-Qawra with Triq is-Salini road. F&M Ingegneria is now involved as Lead Design Consultant for the architecture, interior design, structure and maritime works. The villas and super villas (two floors, each of them with watergate) will build on three fingers casted in the bay within the limit of concessionary. The bridge (900 m) is a multi-span (40 m) structure for cars and cycles with a concrete deck and concrete pillars in V-shape casted in situ.
