The new extension will consist of The Beach Residence (TBR), with a volume of 15,300 cubic metres, and The Richard Meier Tower (TRMT), with a volume of 21,500 cubic metres. The Beach Residences (TBR) property, comprising 44 residential units spread over 10 floors, will have a basement used as a car park measuring 4,000 square metres, of which 2,700 square metres will be used as a car park and 1,300 square metres as an entrance lobby. The Richard Meier Tower (TRMT) is an approximately 80-metre-high residential tower comprising 88 residential units spread over 24 floors; the underground car park covers 4,800 square metres.
