Our history marks the path that drives us to innovate and lead the construction sector.
F&M Retail begins operating in the Retail sector in Germany
F&M Retail GmbH is established in Cologne, Germany, specialising in services for the retail world.
F&M opens its office in Muscat, Oman
F&M Ingegneria decides to expand its horizons towards the Middle East by establishing the Oman Branch based in Muscat.
Favero & Milan Ingegneria becomes F&M Ingegneria
After many years of activity, the company effectively adopts the name F&M Ingegneria.
The Oman office evolves into F&M Middle East
F&M Ingegneria decides to structure its objectives towards the Middle East and renews the Oman Branch based in Muscat, which in 2015 becomes F&M Middle East Engineering Consultancy LLC.
The systems division is created and the Paris office is inaugurated
In 2015, F&M Divisione Impianti is established to deepen its consultancy experience in the systems and strategic sector. F&M opens a French branch in Paris to handle major projects and consolidate its presence in France, F&M France.
Creation of F&M East Europe and F&M Infrastrutture
In 2021, F&M East Europe is established, based in Paris, to develop projects and initiatives in the Central European region. That same year, F&M Infrastrutture is also created, dedicated to the design of road and infrastructure works.
F&M International is established
In 2024, F&M International Ltd is established, based in London, effectively managing the various international markets and offering all-round expertise. Also from 2024, F&M Divisione Impianti is incorporated through a merger into F&M Ingegneria.
