F&M Ingegneria is in charge for the due diligence of 6 Valtur’s resorts. The project aims to check the existing buildings about the maintenance, the regulation’s compliance and the compliance of the current systems. Based on the acquired information, a database for each bulding is created to create an useful maintenance program and the feasibility of updating activities.
