Rio dei Vetrai srl, a company owned by the Great Eagle Group, is developing a 5-star luxury hotel on the island of Murano in Venice to be managed by ‘The Langham’ group. The project will occupy approximately 14,000 square metres entirely for hotel accommodation with 133 rooms, spa, meeting and exhibition spaces, bar, restaurants, and swimming pool. The project will be realised through the renovation of several existing buildings including the former “Casino Mocenigo” with its impressive frescoes and the former Glass Furnace building, as well as some new buildings for new functions.
