The intervention concerns the adaptation of the building to the current needs of users with a new distribution of space: the reorganization of offices and living quarters, as well as seismic, structural and plant engineering upgrades. The building will be equipped with a commemorative plaza that allows for the expansion of the space and monumentality of the main entrance. The building pertaining to the slipway will be demolished, thus realizing the expansion of the barracks, and the north side quay will be upgraded.
