F&M Ingegneria is playing a leading role in the ambitious redevelopment of the iconic Hotel Bauer, located in the enchanting setting of Venice.
The aim of this extraordinary operation is to completely transform the Hotel Bauer into a luxury paradise, creating retail space and a luxury hotel that will be managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. This historic building will undergo a total renovation, carefully preserving its façades and historic interior elements while maintaining the timeless charm of Venice.
The project envisages the construction of around 120 rooms, most of which will be spacious and luxurious suites, as well as several catering outlets,
The building will host a spectacular Italian-style roof garden, a luxury wellness facility and an outdoor swimming pool on the eighth floor with bar.
Together with F&M Ingegneria, F&M France is in charge of the entire FF&E procurement management.
