The Municipality of Verona identifies the compound of the former Austrian Arsenal (50,000 sqm) as a new area for public services and parks for the citizens. To make the ancient buildings suitable for the multipurpose destination a refurbishment project is required to adapt the structures since the wood roof of many buildings is damaged. The project aims to recover all the suitable elements, replacing the mostly damaged.
