The project aims to adapt the current compartmentalized offices into modern open office spaces. The works are designed to renovate the interior of the building without altering the overall volume. The project, in order to be economically sustainable, plans to substantially maintain the existing load bearing structure, replacing the roof, and redeveloping the façades to improve the energy performance and give the maximum comfort in the works spaces.
