The project defines a part of Al Duqm city characterized by a high mix of functions, with an average density considerably lower than the one identified by the Master Plan and the characteristics of a highly sustainable urban environment. It is expected to realize a part of the city containing tourism and hotel functions, commercial and office and residential buildings, designed for the entertainment and leisure, within a general system structured on the relationship of continuity (both physical and perceptual) with the natural system of the coast to the east and with the planned park along the wadi located south.
