Samaritaine Paris – Pont Neuf Department Store spreads over 25.000 sqm of retail area, on 6 levels, with different departments (beauty, fashion & accessories, shoes, watches & jewelry, food&beverages) and more than 170 brands with personalized spaces.
F&M France provided to DFS – LVMH Group a comprehensive service for all multibrand areas to lead the interface with FF&E suppliers and to manage and control the design development and shop drawings review process during the pre-construction phase in order to achieve DFS value engineering objectives.
Moreover F&M was responsible for the tender phase which allowed to select the most competitive and qualified contractors after a worldwide selection.
F&M provided site supervision and assistance to guarantee a smooth installation of more than 1000 custom made pieces of furniture.
