Cost Management include all estimating, cost planning, budgeting and cost management services and deliverables throughout schematic design, design development, construction documents, tender phase and construction. F&M France provided these services for the interior fit-out and managed the entire Cost Estimate Report for the Client, from budgeting to invoicing approval and final accounting.
