Martina Favero

Martina represents the new face of F&M Ingegneria, bringing fresh energy and innovative vision to a constantly evolving sector. After completing her bachelor’s degree at the IUAV University of Venice, she continued her studies in London, at East London University and London Metropolitan University, obtaining her professional qualification as an architect in both Italy and the United Kingdom.
Her career began in 2014 at Rock Townsend Architects in London, an experience that allowed her to develop an international approach that is open to change. In 2017, she returned to Italy and joined F&M Ingegneria, where she stands out for her skills in project coordination and the use of advanced technologies such as BIM.
Today, as Head of the Architecture Department and Partner since 2024, Martina embodies modern female leadership, focused on collaboration and sustainability. Her role marks a generational change that looks to the future, bringing new ideas and a breath of innovation to the company.
