Owner’s Representative
F&M Ingegneria supports the client as their representative across all phases, from site selection to design and construction. The team always protects the owner's interests with expertise and independence.
F&M can assume the role of owner’s representative during site selection, design and construction phases. F&M always ensures the owner’s best interests are constantly pursued at any decision made. F&M acts as liaison between the client and all involved subjects from landlords, design team, contractors, tenants.
The owner representative shall monitor: the design development process to ensure project scope is achieved, the overall project budget including hard and soft costs, the tendering phase, the construction progress and payment conformity, the final commissioning process and owner’s move-in.
