The masterplan for the Ha Long Bay is developed based on a sustainable approach. The project includes several development areas. The first to be designed is the new breakwater divided into two phases. The preliminary phase is the development of the concept design, this phase will be carried out to collect data and analysis of the context with particular reference to meteorological, geological, geotechnical, seismic and environmental aspects. Based on the results obtained in phase 1, the concept design of all the breakwater works for the maritime aspects will be developed. This development covers 7.500 sqm. Rendering by Archea Associati.
