The project involves the restoration of the Medieval Village of Castelfalfi focused on the reuse of the old buildings for touristic and residential destination. This project, part of a large investment undertaken by the new owners of the Village and the estate (the German company TUI), involved several abandoned buildings of the ancient Village, the castle of the Longobard Age and the country houses (“casali”) and a golf club 160 hectares.
