A large hall with four thousand seats and numerous modular spaces to accommodate events of every size and simultaneous activities. The work will be a multifunctional, flexible-use facility, designed in compliance with the criteria of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, and will be located in Pavilion 20 of the former Mediterranean Fairgrounds.
Such facilities share the common feature of modularity or interconnection between the different halls, meaning that the same space can be used as a single hall or as several halls, subdividing it by means of movable walls.
The Pavilion where the Centre will be built has an area of about five thousand square metres (including three thousand of exhibition space).
