Third place at the International Competition in Santiago de Compostela: light, vision, and teamwork to enhance a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

F&M Ingegneria, in collaboration with Studio Piero Castiglioni, won third place in the prestigious International Competition dedicated to the Ornamental and Artistic Lighting of the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela and the surrounding monumental areas.

The working group presented itself under the motto “Ad Maiora Semper,” proposing a lighting design capable of enhancing and respecting the unique characteristics of the Cathedral, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. F&M oversaw the development of the plant design, ensuring cutting-edge solutions in full respect of the historical and artistic context of the city.
