Model 231

On September 15, 2016, F&M Ingegneria’s Executive Office adopted an Ethics Code and an Organisation, Management and Control Model in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. The company appointed a Supervisory Office to oversee proper implementation of the organisational model and Code of Ethics.

Despite having no legal requirement to do so, the company chose to implement these governance structures. The motivation centres on maintaining transparent management and ensuring ethical corporate conduct, particularly regarding:

Relations with public administration officials and institutions
Environmental management
Health and safety in the workplace

The company established a formal system of rules and principles of behaviour and control, aligned with existing internal procedures and delegation of authority, reflecting the objectives outlined in Legislative Decree 231/2001.
